Remembrance Day Poppies
Poppies are now available in School. The Year 6 children will be taking them around the classes on a daily basis from Monday. If your child would like a poppy please send in a donation with your child.
Car Parking in Carrington Lane
Ash Parish Council has asked us to write to you on their behalf about the Carrington Lane parking facilities. They have asked that you do not park on the yellow lines as this obstructs the entrance to the car park. Ash Parish Council has very kindly agreed that we can use the car park, which is a privilege they could withdraw at any time.
Help Needed
If you have some spare time during the day, Ms Smart would be grateful for some help in the classroom with Reception S. If you are interested, please see the School Office. If you have not already been CRB checked you will need to complete the necessary CRB forms which are held in the School Office.
Surrey Advertiser Class of 2006
A photographer from the Surrey Advertiser recently visited the school and took a photograph of the pupils who had started in Reception in September. The photograph will take pride of place in a special Class of 2006 supplement that will be published in the Surrey Advertiser on Friday 3rd November.
You also have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the photograph. You can do so by filling in the order form that can be found inside the supplement or contact Surrey Advertisers Photo Desk on www.pictures@surreyad.co.uk or visit www.surreyad.co.uk.
If you wish to see a copy of the photographs these can be seen at the School Office.

We are requesting that children do not bring sweets (as opposed to chocolate and fruit bars) in their packed lunches. Drinks should be in cartons or plastic containers only.
School Meals
If your child has school lunches every day, the cost for this half term is £54.40. We would appreciate it if school meals could be paid in advance. Cheques should be made payable to Surrey County Council. These should be marked clearly on the reverse of the cheque with your childs name and class. If you are paying by cash this should be placed in an envelope, again marked clearly with your childs name and class. Alternatively you can pay on-line on the Surrey County Council website.
